I can't find anything that tops this PITB:

The Dancin' & Good Lovin from this show are great:

Eyes, there's so many it's hard to narrow down. any suggestions?

what other phil performances would top the list?

Well 1972-10-21 should likely be in the mix just because he is way up in the mix. On top of playing really really good. He makes that morning dew quite unique and just amazing, even if the overall sound is totally whacked.

The Jam from DP 20 disc 2 before st. stephen is also some phil gold. Its about as funky and groovy as phil gets

I also really enjoy the drums and bass jam from 1972-12-31 inside of TOO.

and many others....

Thanks Sko...just looking over you DDP volumes on that link you put up for AR, and I think most of them would have made better Dick's Picks than Dick's actual Picks, LOL! (maybe that's the point?) Some real monsters you got on that list...

Get your Phil with this one. He is all over the place and nice and high in the mix. When Phil is on, the whole band is on. Of course, we all already know this right? Peace

Steve, it was a pleasure meeting you and your lovely family last week. I'm sorry the weather would not let us get out on the water. Looking forward to fishing with you next time you are in the area!

Dennis

Nice to finally meet you as well. My wife enjoyed meeting your girlfriend and getting some local gossip in. We have been invited back up next year by our host around the same time and we can try again. Enjoying the discs you gave me. Its got me wanted the whole box now. Hope the weather has finally cleared for you.
